We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools that identify you.

4. Newsletter

If you consent to receiving our newsletter, your name and email address are shared with MailerLite (our email service provider). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or on your profile page. Upon unsubscribing, you are removed from MailerLite's list.

5. Cookies

We only use essential cookies to manage login and sessions. These are technically necessary for the service to function and do not require consent. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.

6. Third parties and data processors

We use the following services to operate AI Tools:

All data processors are chosen with regard to GDPR compliance. Supabase and MailerLite store data within the EU/EEA. Vercel may process requests globally but does not store personal data.

  • Rectification — correct inaccurate information (can be done directly on your profile page)
  • Erasure — request that all your information be deleted
  • Data portability — receive your information in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent — for the newsletter, can be done at any time
  • Lodge a complaint — you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no) if you believe we process your personal data in violation of regulations

8. Storage and deletion

Your information is stored as long as you have an active account with us. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete all personal information associated with you, including your profile, feedback, and newsletter subscription.

We use industry standards to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, secure connections (HTTPS), and database-level access control.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy policy as needed. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
